We've identified a safety issue with certain built-in heat pump tumble dryers. Check if your appliance is affected and request a free repair.
AFFECTED BRANDS:
You will find the model number and serial number on a sticker or rating plate. This can usually be found either on or behind the door frame, or behind the filter flap at the bottom of the appliance. Serial numbers are usually a 16 digit code.

We have checked your tumble dryer with our systems and can confirm it is not affected by this safety issue.

The modification is completely FREE. Our engineer will visit your home at no cost to you and complete the safety modification.
How long does the modification take?
The in-home modification typically takes around 30 minutes. An adult must be present during the engineer's visit.
